The Nike Air Force 1 Low Experimental "Halloween" embraces the season with a modern, reconstructed design and distinctive accents. A vacuum-sealed, glow-in-the-dark upper constructed of synthetic moulded foam and covered in an all-over graphic pattern of staring eyes is fastened by drawcord lacing. The exposed foam tongue and heel are equipped with orange and black webbing pull tabs. When the lights are turned off, the low-translucent top's rubber cupsole emits a similar green glow.
