The fifth Air Jordan that Michael Jordan designed features a revised design and "Island Green" colour scheme. The shoe features a tonal leopard print on the tongue, eyelets, quarter panel netting, and translucent outsole, along with accents in Island Green and white. Shark-tooth patterns on the midsole and a visible Air unit are iconic features from the original model, which was first shown in 1990 and was inspired by a WWII fighter plane.
