Tinker Hatfield's original 1989 design is updated with new materials for the Air Jordan 4 Retro SE "Craft." The light grey leather upper of the Legacy silhouette is accented with tonal suede on the collar and forefoot overlay. Cracked leather was used to construct the support wings, and the quarter panel's typical plastic netting was replaced with gridded suede. The moulded eyelets on the shoe are accented with pale vanilla, while the tongue and heel have Jumpman logo. An off-white polyurethane midsole with a noticeable Air-sole unit tucked in the heel offers light cushioning.
