A highly sought-after colourway that debuted in 2006 alongside a companion "Thunder" colourway, both of which were inspired by Michael Jordan's Motorsports team, is brought back in the 2021 iteration of the Jordan 4 Retro "Lightning". The nubuck top has a vibrant yellow colour that is offset by dark grey structural wings and black netting. The inside tongue, braided tongue tag, and Jumpman logo on the heel all include complementary grey details. A dark grey herringbone rubber outsole supports a white PU midsole with noticeable Air sole cushioning.
