The Jordan 1 Mid "Hyper Royal" is a straightforward two-tone colour scheme reminiscent of the 1985 "Royal" Air Jordan 1. The eyestay of this pair, unlike the earlier shoe, has a royal blue finish; otherwise, the colour blocking on the leather upper is identical to that of the original high-top. On the lateral collar flap, a traditional Jordan Wings emblem is imprinted in black, and the nylon tongue is embellished with a woven Jumpman tag. A clean white midsole and a black rubber outsole support the encapsulated Nike Air cushioning.
