The colour blocking of the Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Pollen" is reminiscent of another basketball silhouette introduced in 1985. The leather upper mixes a solid black base with contrasting Pollen yellow overlays, evoking the original "Iowa" Dunk colourway. The lateral collar flap features an imprinted Jordan Wings emblem, and the nylon tongue has a woven Nike tag on top. The high-top shoe has a conventional rubber cupsole that has been improved with a polyurethane wedge and cushioning from an enclosed Air-sole under the heel.
