The 1989-original New Balance 550 "White Team Red" basketball shoe features a straightforward colour scheme. The low-top uses layers of white leather for its upper, which is then embellished with micro-perforated details and striking red accents all around. The latter features a woven tongue with a basketball motif and a raised "N" logo on the quarter panel. A sturdy rubber outsole with flex grooves for a comfortable ride upholds the retro appearance.
